Lost Packages: We cannot be held liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. It is the customer's responsibility upon purchase. If a package goes missing, customers should reach out to USPS or their local carrier for assistance in locating it or filing a report for a lost package.
Incorrect Address: We do not accept responsibility for packages sent to incorrect addresses. Address changes are possible if the order has not yet been shipped. Should a delivery fail due to an incorrect address, the buyer will be required to cover the fees for reshipping the item.
Privacy Policy: Customer information is kept confidential and will never be shared or sold under any circumstances.
